We'll do our best to get your order made in a "flash" meaning 2 weeks or less. Keep in mind that our products aren't mass produced; each Flashbag is hand-crafted in Vermont, each one a little bit different.
Our listed sizes are approximate, so they may vary slightly. The exact dimensions of the bag are determined by the size and shape of the image we're using. This individuality is what makes them fun and unique. Let us know what you think- we like feedback.
If you're not completely satisfied and grinning ear to ear when your order arrives, please let us know. Returns are accepted within 3 weeks of receiving your order only for unused merchandise in saleable condition.
There are no returns for custom orders, as it is a bit difficult for us to find someone else to buy a bag with your kid on it.
