Twenty-five years ago, homelessness emerged as a major issue in Vermont as well as nationally, and a fiesty little organization named COTS was born. Their 25th year of service begins with a series of events commemorating the courage, compassion and community spirit of those behind COTS, all the while remembering that our ultimate goal is to end the tragedy of homelessness, and thus the need for organizations such as COTS in the first place.
